Georgia is responsible for overall company performance and management. In addition, she is in-charge in overseeing compliance within an organization, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

She has graduated from American College of London, UK 1987-1991 with BA in Business Administration.

Georgia is a professional and experienced officer in operations and compliance international department, with exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills.

Kris is responsible for Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business, building solid relationships with customers, contractors, as well as sales and marketing teams, origination of new ideas and bringing them to life for strengthening the business. He has graduated from Spalding University, Kentucky, USA as Bachelor of business administration in 2005 with obtaining his master of science in Lancaster University of Management, specialization – IT, management and organizational change. He worked as a corporate consultant, key account manager, associate digital investment fund, deputy CEO in local and international companies. Attended lot of seminars and certifications.

Elena is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, management, and execution of all finance activities within the company. Her role encompasses business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance, as well as negotiations and communications with auditors and tax authorities. She graduated from the University of Leicester, England, with a BA (Honours) in Management Studies in 2016. Elena obtained the ACA Chartered Accountant qualification in 2011. With 15 years of work experience, she has served as an accountant in a Big4 company (PWC) and as a CFO in the retail sector, demonstrating a robust financial background and the ability to effectively manage the financial functions of a company.

Andrea is in-charge for communication with contractors, onboarding new contractors, timely payments, documents approval.

Andrea has graduated from De Montfort University as a BA in accounting and business management in 2015 and as a MA – from Regent’s University London with specialization – Luxury Brand Management.

Her work experience demonstrates her strong soft and hard skills. Since the start of her career Andrea worked as account manager, business coordinator, brand manager and sales associate in different IT companies in London and Limassol.
